Training Fee Contributions Required on Public Works
DAS 140 Instructions
WBFAA UATC Member Companies pay $0.15 per hour for all Apprentices and Journeymen on an ongoing basis ($25.00 per month).
WBFAA UATC Member Companies on public works should apply the $0.15 per hour as a credit towards any required public works project training fee contribution for technicians (Journeyman and Apprentice) who are enrolled in the WBFAA UATC Apprenticeship Program.
In addition, the balance of the required training fee can be sent directly to the WBFAA UATC to establish compliance with the public works project training fee mandate.
Example:

$60.00 Total Training Trust Fund Payment Due (Total Contribution Fee) – $15.00 Credit for WBFAA UATC Monthly Training Fee: $0.15 per hour = $45.00 Total Payment to WBFAA UATC Trust Fund
The WBFAA UATC will maintain DAS 140 forms on file in your company record, as well as payment records.
